Post surgery

Had my prostate removed a few weeks ago, cancer should be gone, will know for sure in a few months when I get a PSA. can't get it up yet but from what I'm told that's normal. I can get a (barely) semi hard on though which is a good sign. Sexual stimulation is encouraged as part of "penile therapy" - who knew there was such a term? Whacked off for the first time the other day and again yesterday and was surprised when I orgasmed. Very weird - barely hard, nothing comes out at all but the orgasms were more intense than any I've had since I was a teen.
