Cant Upload Vids or Pics

for some reason Xhamster is not letting me upload any more videos or pictures. Can anyone help me with this problem? I have so much more content to upload too.

至 Luvmesumcurves : i messaged support. basically they bullshitted like the page was under construction . but im like its been down for months. they let me know you have to create xhamster creator account (on top of the webpage) .. another hoop to jump thru to upload.
