Burdizzo castration available,.write me!

Recently I gave used a burdizzo to castrate men.

The burdizzo is a bloodless, noninvasive, less chance of infection, less expensive method of castration, and can be easily performed by me and my friends! We have castrated 3 young men successfully and they are full time sissies for our group now

This is very interesting. Do you use an anesthetic to dull the pain when you snip them? How do you restrain them?
