Symbolism

If what I do is art, my art is symbolism.
This art contains symbols
for a select few human experiences,
but none for all others.

So it follows, then,
that my intention has never been
for anyone to fall in love with my art,
but with what my art points to.

Keep in mind that in all my experiences of "this", I have never been together with another person - so it follows then that these experiences do not in any way hinge on or require being with someone.
