How do you upload video

So I've created a new account. Got verified but see no way to upload video. I click the upload link but it just takes me back to the creators dashboard , no way to upload. This used to be so simple.

This site is shit now. I can only upload pictures to my profile description now, I used to have so many pictures in galleries. I'm a macho tough bastard who likes to beat up other macho tough guys and then hold em down and fuck them in the arse. I like to use my fists.
