There is a few options available to you - one easy one to use that is pre-packaged and ready to go so to speak is 'VideoCharge Studio' (formerly watermark master) can find cracked copies easily on the net (just google it) and will work with all the common codecs (will also do all the other basic/moderate video editing tasks). Use the watermark tab --> eraser in either pre-processing or colour (depending on which is appropriate) or alternatively could cover, blur or crop the watermark out.
Sorry; could not resist.- But srsly; use a decent video editor + pluggin combo. I'd recommend VirtualDubMod; and even then, some traced artifacts may remain. Incidentally, it will also help create the very evil thingies.
