Think thegreek49 is on point with the enema recipe. i've had similar before, it can be a challenge.

Ginger, garlic. Make sure the ginger has had the rind/skin peeled off for maximum effect.
For an enema, have the hose attached to a bottle not the water tap. As far as a more intense enema that will make him suffer and struggle is 4 ounces of liquid Epson salt (magnesium sulfate), 8 ounces of liquid glycerin and 20 ounces of filtered water should do the trick!
