Here you can make requests for celebs, but there is no guarantee I'll get through all of them,
No more than 3 celebs per request,
Only One request per person per week.
When you make a request, you don't have to comment on captions featuring the celebs, but I'd at least like to know if you liked the caption.
You don't get to choose what category the caption falls under.

(I don't think anyone has captioned the last two celebs, so that would be hot.)
