Conversion issues

I am currently having conversion issues with everything I am posting, whether it is pics or vids. Anybody else had this issue and a solution to it please, as it is just really annoying not being able to post more pics.

Whether I try and create a new gallery (which it allows me to do, but when I put pics into it, then it shows a conversion error) or try to add pics to an existing gallery, then I get the error.

Just tried to upload some videos, some deleted as duplicates (which I totally understand) and the others get a conversion error.

Am I blacklisted or something? :(
