Hand Job, blow job, fuck

I was looking at some videos and saw a wife giving a guy an hand job and it got me thinking. While I HAVE had a few hand jobs in my life (from someone else, there have been many more than a few from myself lol) I haven't had too many. I know guys who have gotten hand jobs from women not willling to blow or fuck them, or blow jobs from women not willing to fuck them, but I've never gotten a hand job from a woman who wasn't willing to go farther and fuck me. I've never gotten a blow job from a woman who wasn't willing to go farther and fuck me. I wonder why. Probably for several reasons - I was shy so I didn't start very young, young girls may be afraid to fuck but want to get their boyfriends off so they don't get dumped. Another reason - I never begged or tried to talk a girl into fooling around (I'm not saying I didn't try to get them hot so they'd WANT to fuck, but I never pushed hard). I'm sure when guys are begging and whining but the woman doesn't want to fuck they'll give a "lesser" act just to get out of it.
Not sure why I thought of that, but what has been your experience?
