Classic pasta sauce - it's called Alfredo after the guy who invented it. So: Spag' Alfredo, Taglatelli Alfredo, etc etc

World's fastest and maybe best Spaghetti dish. Boil pasta, while you wait melt butter, add equal quantity of (pouring) double cream. Season. When hot pour over hot cooked pasta and serve. Grated parmesan will finish this perfectly. Fast, easy and fabulous - impress whoever . . .. Any light white wine, Veneto or Soave - Pouilly Fume if you want to use the cash you've saved cooking such a cheap dinner!
