I'm glad that others have grasped the excellence of this clip: the anticipation, the nervous waiting, the command to put her hand on her head which she forgets when fiddling with her skirt: and the loving attention to detail in the authentic "school" uniform.

I like this film, anticipating the spanking is part of it. There is a lot more to spanking than just the spanking. Waiting, fear, reactions, watching them go over the knee, tears, humiliation. I see what the uploaded is trying to show. A like from me.
