The Women's Disciplinary Comity

In an exclusive community just for women lives Carla Caplin. In this private community, there are no fines, or a jail; violators of the rules are subjected to corporal punishment. Mothers are required to punish their daughters up to the age of sixteen years old; once a girl turns eighteen, she is old enough to be subjected to judicial strapping and caning on her buttocks and when she turns twenty-one her back becomes available for whipping. The Women's Disciplinary Comity administers punishment to females in a wide range of ages from lashing the buttocks of a eighteen years old to flogging the back of seventy year old grandmother. Carla's community has strict rules about moral behavior, and She has violated the community's rule about public nudity. Carla was caught sunbathing in her yard naked, and has been sentenced to receive 100 lashes on her back and buttocks. The women will bind her to the triangle and take turns, slowly, whipping her back and buttocks with their canes until all 100 lashes have been administered. Carla will yell and scream throughout the duration of her punishment and her back and buttocks will be left welted and bloody by the time it's over.
