The Devolution of a Porn Site
I've been on X-Ham for over six years, and I've watched as they slowly have removed privileges and features from the free membership. They've also added commercials with a mandatory five second timer that actually double that before you can get to your video. The quality of the members on this site has gone down, too. I would say over half the females here are not what they appear to be. The site is chock full of fakes and scammers, along with cam girls, porn salesmen, prostitutes, and cyber whores. I am convinced that Nigeria owns this site. I don't consider this to be a dating site really. I've blocked more people than friended them.
I'm here primarily for the porn, but I have also established chat friends that I keep in touch with. I love reading a well written, honest profile and I keep up with good bloggers here. It is my chat friends which keep me around, or else I would have left long ago. This isn't the only site with free porn, but it would be a hassle to start over on another site.
As the free membership slowly sinks into the abyss, I am asking myself questions regarding the benefits of staying as a regular member. I loved posting pics to the gallery section of my profile, but that's over. I have several chat friends that exchanged femdom gifs and pictures with me, but that's gone also. I've been censored a few times here, the reason is unknown to me. The video search is offering fewer new videos and default to the same tired ones that I've been viewing since I joined.
So there is a fork in the road now. One path leads to leaving this site and trying my luck at another, the other toward upgrading my account to restore the features I'm used to. I'm willing to spend the money, but only if it's worth a better experience on this site.
I'm asking you, my friends, to help me make a good decision. I would love to hear your thoughts. I would especially appreciate hearing from people who have upgraded their membership. I don't expect this post to stay up long. There is a good chance they'll take it down, so please comment quickly.
