The School Discipline Panel meets every Thursday evening. Some girls may be on their agenda because of attitude problems or persistent bad behaviour. Others may have been put on report for a thrashing, which the Panel will deal with at the end of the meeting.
In addition, a number of girls are summoned without notice for a routine discipline review. A humiliating part of this is the check that is made to make sure that they are properly shaved. This requires them to pull down their knickers so their pussy and surrounding area can be inspected. Girls are required to keep themselves totally smooth, so their inspection is a close one and a humiliating reminder of their place as a schoolgirl under the School’s discipline.

All traditional schools must be transformed into Reform Schools. Not only the quality of education is better, there is also more discipline. One thing must change : the punishments must be executed in public. Every Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock the school gates must be opened so that everyone can attend the punishment. The fathers, brothers, grandfathers and uncles of punished students are allowed to carry out corporal punishment at home as well. The public can follow all punishments live via a webcam and a live stream on the internet.
