There is a mod that allows you to change the bone shape, which you can use to increase height even further, and the only way I know to change the men's height and dick size. Without these mods you can't make women any taller than the men. My early videos use the wide slider mod maxed out on height and almost on breast size. Increasing the breast slider really high will make the hair look weird.
