My hair (not balding) is light brown w/ some gray highlights, although it seems to be getting grayer by the day.? I have a medium/ slender build. I stay in good shape thankfully. I’m retired after 30years. My job was physically demanding where I did a lot of walking/steps. The one positive was it kept me in pretty good shape.
