My Fitness Goals 2024

Hi all! I have recently embarked on a journey to get in better shape. I'm turning 39 this year, so it's getting harder to stay in shape with little effort lol. My goal is to get down to 210 and maintain that weight. I am currently clocking in at 240, so I have 30 pounds to lose. I will get there with a combo of cardio exercise and high-intensity weight training. From a physique standpoint, it is my goal to get better muscle definition, while also bulking up my upper body, particularly my arms and shoulders.
