I have been meditating for a number of years. The world is fast paced and busy. At least that is how many of us feel , me included. I learned to meditate at Sport where they would lead the meditation. My mind went a lot slower, I was more relaxed and I could handle stress much better. Meditation works in my Life. Then recently a Lady who practices Buddhism and been meditating to a much deeper level for 15 years had a date with me. Each time we meditated.
