Thanks to NoMattersElse the question of legal sexuality has addressed my mind. So many thoughts on why society has chosen an arbitrary number 18 for the legality of sex and sexual content. This number is not even the same around the world... in some countries it is as low as 14 and in others as high as 21. Bear in mind this is age of consensual sex and in some instances indicates that a person over the age of 18 cannot, in the former said countries have consensual sex with someone under 18 but would be legal if they were 17.
